Here is all of the paperwork we need to have on file in order to get you paid:
1. Employment form I-9 (included in packet)
2. Direct Deposit enrollment form (included in packet)
3. Tax form W-4 (included in packet)
4. Scan or photo of your passport (or your ID and social security card if you don’t have a passport)

When you’re working at La Mirada Theatre, you’ll fill out a timesheet each week in the “ATS” or “MRE” timesheet book in the crew office backstage. An example timesheet with instructions is on the back of this page.
Our work week is Monday through Sunday, so we’ll collect the timesheets each Sunday night to process payroll for the week, and paychecks (or direct deposits) are distributed on Thursdays.
